Is it legal to track employees’ location in India?
Tracking work activity is common, but you should tell staff clearly, track only during working hours and keep data for a limited time. pagar karo tracks only while punched in, shows a visible indicator and purges old positions on a retention schedule.
Does tracking drain the battery?
Positions are collected at the interval you set and sent in batches, which keeps battery use low. You can choose who is tracked.
