Who we are

Urdhva Tech Private Limited (B-1208 Empire Business Hub, Science City Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060, India) provides the pagar karo attendance, payroll and HR service. For questions write to contact@pagarkaro.com.

Two kinds of data

Website visitors and customers: contact details you give us (name, phone, email, company). Staff data: our customers (employers) upload and manage their staff’s data in pagar karo; for that data the employer decides why and how it is processed, and we process it on their instructions.

What we collect from staff through the app

Mobile number, attendance punches with time, location and selfie where the employer requires them, leave and claim requests, documents uploaded, device information for security and push notifications. Location is collected only while the staff member is punched in, if the employer has switched field tracking on.

How we use data

To provide and secure the service, to support customers, to send service messages, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Data is kept while the customer’s account is active and deleted after cancellation according to the retention schedule, except records the law requires employers to keep (such as payroll registers).

Your rights

Staff can see, correct or request erasure of their data from the app; requests go to their employer, who must respond within the stated period. Customers can export all their data at any time.
