The service

pagar karo provides software for attendance, payroll, compliance and HR. Calculations follow the rules and rates configured in your account; you are responsible for reviewing statutory rates and filings with a qualified professional.

Accounts

You are responsible for the users you invite and the access you give them.

Billing

Plans are billed per active staff, GST extra. The software is provided online in India: there is no shipping charge, and access starts when the account is created. Trials last 14 days. You can cancel at any time. Fees already paid are not refunded. Unpaid accounts become read-only after a grace period.

Your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time. We process staff data on your instructions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to track people outside working hours without their knowledge.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We will tell you about material changes to these terms in advance.
